  • Cleveland Museum of Art Unwraps Our Centennial Chocolate Bar

    Exactly what goes into making a custom chocolate bar for the Cleveland Museum of Art's 100th Birthday?

    We recently had the chance to share on the CMA blog the step-by-step process of the making of our Centennial Chocolate Bar. It all started with a photo of the museum's iconic 1916 building, which was the inspiration for the illustration. Custom moulds were then created using the illustration and a Sweet Moses chocolatier then hand piped tempered Belgian chocolate (milk and dark) to make the final product -- a one-of-a-kind, special-edition chocolate bar.
