Root Beer Float 101:
Our homemade root beer syrup is measured into a frosted mug. We add a small bit of whipped cream and then a course stream of carbonated water to create a frothy head. We add more carbonated water to raise the root beer level to about 2 inches from the mug lip, and stir. Finally, we top it with a large scoop of homemade Vanilla Bean ice cream. It’s served with a pink-striped paper straw, king soda spoon and a lot of napkins!
